Coll. copy: bound in original oak boards; early reverse calf spine covering earlier leather; original catches and leather thongs (clasps missing); edges partially stained blue; remnants of old paper spine label; no pastedown at front, and early leaf of printed waste used as pastedown in back, though now lifted from the lower board. Woodcut label affixed to verso of upper board, featuring monogram IHS in center of a large cross, with ribbons on each of the four arms reading Obedientia, Paupertas, Humilita, and Patientia; two crosses on either side composed of type ornaments. In modern beige cloth clamshell case. Purchase, Phillip J. Pirages, 1994.
