Venetijs: Sumptib[us] heredu[m] quonda[m] nobilis viri d[omi]ni Octauiani Scoti per presbyte[rum] Bonetum de Locatellis elimatissime impresse, anno a salutifera D[omi]ni incarnatione 1503, nonis Dece[m]bris [5 Dec. 1503].
