Spec. Coll. copy: bound in contemporary brown leather over beveled wooden boards; rebacked; concentric panels on both boards with blind-rolled ornamental borders; traces of two pairs of leather and brass clasps and catches. Numerous early ownership inscriptions on pastedowns and endleaves, including Ed. Lewis, dated April 14, 1712 on front pastedown (possibly the English Jesuit Edward Saltmarsh alias "Edward Lewis", and Lucy E. Prescott in an early 19th-century [?] hand on rear pastedown. Manuscript annotations throughout in various hands, in pen and pencil. Gift of Richard H. and Mary A. Rouse, 2011.
