The brochure invites new residents and businesses, providing descriptions of the ideal location of Riverside County, excellent housing stock, ideal conditions for dairying and livestock breeding, and the cultivation of citrus, other fruits and nuts. There are separate descriptions of important towns in the region, including Riverside, Arlington, Beaumont, Banning, Blythe, Coachella Valley, Hemet, Elsinore, San Jacinto, and other smaller communities such as Murrietta, Jurupa, Palm Springs, and Idyllwild and various local hot springs.
