Ownership stamp "Bibliotheca Heberiana," of Richard Heber on recto of third front free endpaper in v. 1; both vols. contain black leather oval bookplate, stamped "Ex Musaeo Huthii" in gold, of merchant-banker and bibliophile Henry Huth, and his son Alfred H. Huth, on front pastedown, with small red and white bookplate of Helmut Nathan Friedlaender, monogrammed "HNF," below. From the Helmut N. Friedlaender Sale at Christie's, April 23, 2001.
