(Simpkin, 1838) (no. 613). There is also a receipt from Dawson's Book Shop of Los Angeles, Calif., dated Oct. 4, 1937, addressed to Ward Ritchie, 2110 Griffith Pk. Blvd., for sale of Little Jack of all trades for $1.03. Purchase, Dawson's Book Shop, 2012.
