Spec. Coll. copy: bound in later [18th-century?] vellum boards, reinforced with a fragment of printed waste, visible through rear pastedown; gold-stamped spine title "Porcacchi. Isole;" mottled red and blue edges. Ownership stamp on page [3] at front of book of John Fiske, dated 1926; bookplate on front pastedown of the University of California Southern Branch, identifying gift made in 1928 [?] in honor of John Fiske by a group of seven donors, including Seeley W. Mudd, George I. Cochran, Meyer Elsasser, Dr. John R. Haynes, William L. Honnold, James R. Martin, and Mrs. Joseph F. Sartori.
