Spec. Coll. copy has been removed from the Edouard Roditi Papers, 1910-1992 (Collection 644, Box 150) for separate cataloging. Contemporary [?] dark brown leather binding, with lower cover wanting; front pastedown is a leaf of printed waste; triple blind-ruled borders; gold-stamped red leather spine label, with title "Drexelio. Infernus." Plate on front pastedown indicating that the book formerly belonged to William Bates of Birmingham, member of the Royal College of Surgeons, ("Olim fui ex libris Gulielmi Bates, A.B. Univ. Lond...."); tipped in is Bates' note to the binder, specifying spine title.
