"The text was set in Monotype Bell, and 750 copies were printed letterpress by Michael Bixler; the illustrations were printed offset by the Nimrod Press; the paper is 70-pound Mohawk Superfine. The cloth binding, of Holliston Mills' Roxite, was done by Robt. Burlen & Sons, with a special binding of 125 copies for the current membership of the Society of Printers, wherein were used French marbled endpapers, relics preserved from the stock of the Riverside Press."--Colophon
