EDIT 16 attributes printing to both Bertano and the heirs of Giacomo Simbeni
  • Printer's device on final leaf verso (crane holding stone in its foot, with motto: "Vigilat, nec fatiscit") was used by the heirs of Giacomo Simbeni during the years of 1577-1580; see EDIT 16, and F. Ascarelli, La tipografia del '500 in Italia (pages 417-418)
