- Spec. Coll. copy 1: a pristine copy from the beginning of the mimeograph run. Removed from Box 115 of the Kenneth Rexroth Papers (Collection 175) for separate cataloging (photocopy facsimile substituted). Unbound leaves of the original copy are laid in a manila phase box; housed in custom beige cloth-covered clamshell box.
- Spec. Coll. copy 2: each of 17 mimeographed leaves of Ginsberg's text in its own archival mylar sleeve; accompanied by two additional mylar sleeves: one contains an original typescript letter to Stuart Wright, signed by John Ciardi, and dated Feb. 25, 1986, authenticating provenance of the mimeo; the other contains 5 leaves of dealer/collector correspondence, documenting chain of possession of the Ginsberg mimeo typescript, including a photocopy of Ciardi's letter, a memo of authentication to Jett Whitehead from Jeffrey Lee Pressman (Sept. 16, 2003), and letters from James P. Musser of Skyline Books to Jeffrey Pressman (Oct. 8, 2003), and Jett W. Whitehead of Jett W. Whitehead Rare Books to former owner Gerald A. Weiner of Highland Park, Ill. (Oct. 10, 2003). In custom black linen phase box and matching slipcase (31 cm). Gift of Gerald Weiner, 2010.
