Coll. copy: bound in contemporary alum-tawed pigskin over beveled wooden boards with clasps and later corner pieces; boards are blind-ruled in compartments and decorated with scrolling floral rolls, braided ribbons and a central armorial cartouche with the initial "G." One folded manuscript leaf in a 17th-century hand--apparently a letter--affixed to title page just below title. Purchase, Paul Dowling, Liber Antiquus, with funds from the Getty Trust Endowment for Pre-17th-Century European Books and Manuscripts, 2006.
