Impressis venetiis per Ioannē de Forlivio [&] gregoriū fratres Anno salutis. Mcccclxxxxvii die.x.februarii." Second colophon on leaf 3i8: "Venetiis.Impressum Boetii opus per Joannem & Gregorium de gregoriis fratres felici exitu ad finē vs[que] perductum accuratissime[que] emendatum Anno humane restaurationis. 1499. die. 8.
