This edition, in Latin, is characterized by having hurriedly printed text in gothic type, and lacking imprint information. The text, printed in 34 lines to the full page, is bare, without signatures, foliation or other ornamentation. It includes salutation to King Ferdinand only (omitting Queen Isabella), and refers to the addressee Gabriel Sanchez as Raphael Sanxis; the translator's name, Leandro di Cosco, is given as Aliander de Cosco. These features were changed or amended in later editions
  • Translation of: Senor por que se que aureis plazer de la grand vitoria, Barcelona, 1493, and generally considered to be the first Latin edition
