Black leather oval bookplate, stamped "Ex Musaeo Huthii" in gold, of merchant-banker and bibliophile Henry Huth, and his son Alfred H. Huth.
  • Clark Library copy: bound in later drab paper boards with green leather spine, title in gilt on leather spine label, speckled endpapers. Gift of Ward Ritchie, with invoice for this and three others, dated August 31, 1933, Dawson's Book Shop, Los Angeles, orginially laid in. Removed to Clippings file.
