Bound with the Reformatio angliae in contemporary limp vellum; two pairs of sewing holes suggest earlier presence of two pairs of leather ties along fore-edges of covers; fore-edges turned in; manuscript spine title "Reginald Pol. de Concil.;" abbreviated author and title hand-lettered on lower edge.
