Tibull. Proper," and name of owner: "And. Cornelius." [Andrea Cornaro, bishop of Brescia]. Booklabels on front pastedown of C.S. Ascherson and John Roland Abbey. Purchased as lot 180 at the Sotheby's auction, June 21, 1965.
  • Spec. Coll. copy 2: Bound with: Sannazaro, Jacopo. De partu Virginis. [Venice, 1515]. Bound by RenĂ© Patron, 1989, in modern 20th-century quarter white goatskin over boards with modern Italian patterned paper sides.
