The tract was to include 67 Mediterranean style homes with tile roofs designed by Elmer Grey on sites staggered to provide excellent mountain and ocean views, with landscaping by Mark Daniels. Prices included paved streets, curbs, water, sewers, gas, electricity, ornamental street lights, and underground telephone wires. Seven acres were to be devoted to the Bel Air Bay Club. The description of the tract, the early Indian inhabitants, and history of the discovery, exploration and settlement of Bel Air Bay is enhanced with short poems by George Sterling, Robinson Jeffers, Helen Hunt Jackson, William Rose Benet, and others
