Roy Kelley, Edgar F. Bissantz, and Harold G. Spielman to be awarded as First Prize, and 80 additional cash prizes with a total value of $12,000. In addition, a special "Promptness Prize"--a new Pontiac Standard Six four-door sedan worth $979.95--will be awarded to the First Prize winner in Class "B" who submits his solution and qualifying subscriptions to the newspaper on or before 9 P.M. on June 12, 1935. The "suburban estate" to be given away is described in detail, room by room, on p. 28 of the booklet, and is completely furnished by Los Angeles Furniture Company. The house will be on display at the National Housing Exposition in the Pan Pacific Auditorium in West Los Angeles, and at the conclusion of the exposition, will be moved to a landscaped one-acre plot in Valley Park in the San Fernando Valley, a development project of the Capital Company.
