  • Printer from colophon on leaf K3v which reads: 'Impressum Venetiis apud Andream, & Iacobum Spinellos. M. D. LII. Mense iulij.'
  • Signatures: *4 A-H4 I2 K4 2A-2C4
  • Leaf K4 is blank
  • Some copies have errors in pagination, including page number 46 printed upside down. In the UCLA copy, the number is printed correctly
  • Woodcuts: title within architectural woodcut border; the Spinelli brothers printer's device on verso of leaf K3, featuring their interlaced initials "FAIS" [Fratri Andreas Iacobus Spinellus]; small ornamental initials; text illustrated with numerous woodcut drawings of archers, lancers, cavalrymen in various battle formations, including a double-page drawing of troops in battle formation (leaves I1-2)
  • Text printed in small roman type
  • A Greek edition was issued the same year by the same printers
