Monogram bookplate featuring ornate monogram of a student at Balliol College, Oxford [RJ?], within an oval formed by the Garter, with caption "E. Coll. Bal. Oxon.;" below is the circular bookplate of Francis Howard Fobes, illustrated with two Greek figures; early ownership inscription on t.p. of Antonio Rolando. Purchase, H.P. Kraus, 1998/1999.
